: - Early check-in- Location is close to Al Haram, walkable distance- Reception was nice
: - The fridge was not working and stank.- The electrical plug/socket is not Saudi standars with three socket. The hotel uses European standard with round socket. I asked the hotel to provide the adaptor but they couldn't. So I had to buy it from my own pocket.- Cash payment only. No machine payment available.

: The staff has been very helpful the location was very good. Less than 10 min walking distance from Haram.
: The clean has been poor the bathroom facilities has been very poor with shower’s hose pipe leaking. There was no cleaning of bathroom from the hotel management and hence we have to clean our bathroom ourselves. The shower did not have no hanger and the bathroom door won’t close at all forget about the locking it.
